The parents of her are Harvey Welker who is Native American and Julie Welker who is African-American. The mother of the family is an agent and her father works as a civil engineer. Walker attended her school at the Germantown Friends School located in Philadelphia's Germantown and graduated with an award in 1994. In 1998, she graduated with the bachelor's degree at Harvard College. Welker is engaged to John Hughes a well-known marketing director for Merck at Philadelphia and the couple has two children. They started an affair in 2014. John the husband of John is 4 years older. Because their relationship was so well-established, they decided to go to the next level. On March 4th 2017 the couple got married. Philadelphia Pennsylvania was the location for their wedding. Their wedding was massive in The Hyatt hotel.
